Weight Goal Report

To review, these were the goals:

Goal 1 203 2007-11-07 <-- actual 207, down from 215, daily running/exercise program, 10.28 lb of fat loss, feeling much more fit, program has become habit.

The bottom end of the goal seems extreme.

Still the goal is in the middle of the BMI range for my height. I don't claim to meet any concept of statistically average but I can dream.
