Quote

Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.
Mary Hemingway
Nice advice. Should hit home for most of you as it did for me

If we didn't worry, would anything get fixed at all? It's a natural human motivational factor by my way of thinking, but we all know how fucked up my way of thinking is.

Rather than worry do something. This quote is about action. Worry is passive.

Worry is also a motivator for some people. If they don't worry about something they may put it lower on the priority list and still not get it done. The bigger the worry the higher on the list is goes.

Does that make sence? I think maybe I view worry differently than than other people, it may also be definition issue on my part.
