I have been establishing a water drinking habit at work. It goes like this:

1. I run a 90 minute timer.

2. When the alarm chimes I fill a glass of water.

3. I then drink that glass over the period until the next chime.

4. Rinse and repeat.

To aid me in this task I have a pitcher or water and a kitchen glass at the ready. I fill the pitcher each morning and wash the glass. I run these two Yahoo Widgets, Kitchen Timer and Water 8.

I have a couple weeks down now along with a few days of backsliding tossed in. In general, it is working. I feel better too. Seems the kidneys function better when they have water to draw into their function. Go figure.
