Probation

Many of you have heard of an employee being put on probation. The employee has done something management doesn't like but are deemed valuable enough to salvage so they are given some period of time to improve.

I want to put some of my management on probation. I like to let 'em know they have three months to demonstrate improvement of watch me go. It would be more fair of me to let them know rather than just watch and then walk away.
